Accelerating Enrollment With Streamlined Operations at Lake Washington Girls Middle School

The Cost of Disconnected Systems
"For the last few years we’ve hodgepodged different systems to try and find the right fit," explained Eric Stultz, Chief Finance & Operations Officer at Lake Washington Girls Middle School. "I was taking tools that weren't built for schools and forcing them to do what I needed."
The result was a fragmented workflow spanning four disconnected systems, each requiring its own setup, follow-up, and manual data transfer.
"Contracts alone took 40 hours. Then you had to manually set families up in a separate billing system and send them somewhere else to pay the deposit," he shared. "Following up on all of that took a lot of my time."
Streamlining Contracts to Save 30 Hours Per Cycle
"Now with Clarity, contracts take us less than 10 hours," Stultz shared.
"I don't need multiple contract versions anymore. Clarity's conditional logic automatically creates a custom contract based on whatever criteria I set, so I don't even have to think about it," he explained.
The speed of contract completion has shifted as well. "Before, we’d have 10% trickle in, we’d send another email and get another 10%, and then a huge chunk would come right before the deadline," shared Stultz.
"Within the first few days of releasing contracts with Clarity, we easily had 50% of them completed.”
"I'm also doing half as much follow-up to get contract signatures or deposit payments as I used to.”
